Stuff3D is an Australian business specialising in high-quality 3D printed products, gifts, collectibles and accessories.
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including where:
- a product has been listed with an incorrect price or description;
- stock is unavailable;
- we suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity.
If payment has already been processed for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.
Pricing
All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Prices may change without notice. We take reasonable care to ensure pricing is accurate, however errors may occasionally occur.
Product Information
Many of our products are manufactured using 3D printing technology.
Minor variations in colour, finish, layer lines and surface texture are a normal part of the manufacturing process and are not considered defects.
Product images are for illustration purposes only. Colours may vary depending on your screen and the filament used during production.
Shipping
Orders are dispatched as soon as reasonably possible.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on location, shipping carrier performance and seasonal demand.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
Returns & Australian Consumer Law
Your purchase is covered by the guarantees provided under Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
If you believe an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us so we can work with you to resolve the issue.
For change-of-mind purchases, returns or exchanges may be accepted at our discretion. Items must be unused, in their original condition and returned within a reasonable time. Return postage for change-of-mind purchases is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
Custom-made or personalised items cannot generally be returned unless they are faulty or required under Australian Consumer Law.

All content on this website, including logos, branding, product designs, photographs, graphics and text, remains the property of Stuff3D or the relevant rights holder and may not be copied, reproduced or used without permission.
