Please use the following form to register your Dragon Adoption. By doing so you will not only receive a Certificate of Adoption for your Dragon, but also a special gift.

Australian law requires that an adult complete this form as it contains private information, so if you are under 18 please ask an adult to complete this form for or with you.

We also ask for a photo of your Dragon so that our Adoption Officers can match your Dragon to our birth records. Please be sure to include the completed Dragon Care Plan Sheet in the photo and ensure no minors are identifiable in the photos as the photos may be used on our social media pages.
