STUFF WE GET ASKED...

  • Can I order online and pick up in-PERSON?

    For Sunshine Coast residents or anyone wanting to come for a drive to our beautiful part of the world, we do offer local pickup from Landsborough.

  • What payment options do you have?

    Our payments are processed through Stripe. We accept credit or debit card payments and as most of our products are produced on-demand, all products must be paid for at the time of order.

  • Do you offer same-day delivery?

    Not at this stage. Presently our delivery options are via post or we can arrange delivery for a fee within the Caloundra City area.

  • How long do I have to return a product?

    We do not offer returns simply because you changed your mind. Exchanges are available for faulty products, however we carefully inspect and photograph all products prior to pickup or dispatch. We cannot be responsible for damage caused by mishandling, mistreatment or accidents.

STUFF YOU MIGHT WANT TO KNOW...

  • Where are your products made?

    All of our products are made locally by us in Landsborough. We use a combination of Polylactic Acid (PLA) "plastic" which is produced from corn starch and sugar cane and is biodegradable, along with wood sources locally, plus resin and slate products sourced from Australian suppliers. We have reseller licenses for designs from a number of leading 3D model designers, some of which are Australian and some aren't. Some of our outdoor products utilise a different kind of "plastic" material called PETG, which is similar to the material used in a popular brand of building blocks.

  • I didn't receive an order confirmation. What should I do?

    Use the contact form on our Contact Us page and send us a message including the email address you used on your account and if possible a list of hte products you ordered, and we'll follow it up. Often this occurs if the email address was mistyped.

  • How can I check the status of my order online?

    Log into your account and select the order you wish to check. Note, however, that we only update the status at major milestones along the supply process.

  • How do I change or cancel my order?

    You can cancel an order up to the time it goes into production, which is usually within 24 hours of the order being placed. Once the product is in production it isn't possible to cancel the order.
